1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EditorOP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. EditorOP is an AI-powered video editing platform that processes your raw video and audio content into edited outputs using automated AI agents.

2. Description of Service

EditorOP provides AI-assisted video editing tools, including but not limited to: automated video analysis, B-roll suggestions and insertion, caption generation, transition effects, and export to various formats (MP4, Premiere Pro XML, DaVinci Resolve). The Service is currently in beta and features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.

3. Account and Access

You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all video, audio, and other media you upload to EditorOP. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transform your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership over your content or the edited outputs generated by the platform.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, process, or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the platform or its AI systems
• Circumvent usage limits, access controls, or security measures
• Use the Service to generate spam, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' experience
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

6. Beta / "As Is" Disclaimer

EditorOP is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are actively developing the platform and make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy of AI-generated edits, or preservation of uploaded content. Features may change or be discontinued. We recommend keeping local copies of all original media you upload.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EditorOP and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or content, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

The EditorOP platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by EditorOP and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Stock footage provided through the Service (via Pexels) is subject to the respective provider's license terms.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
